Brian S. Pearson is President & CEO at American Incentive Advisors, LLC. Pearson has served in multiple capacities in the insurance, tax and investment industries for over 37 years. Prior to joining the executive leadership team, he owned and operated Pearson & Associates which specialized in servicing active duty military members worldwide until joining Madison National Life Insurance Company, Inc. in 2000 as National Sales Manager.
In 2004 Pearson was promoted to Vice President and Director of Agencies and eventually became SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. Pearson lead the development of specialty markets for Madison National Life which included military, federal and state government employees while overseeing the distribution of insurance and annuity products, which supplement existing government benefit plans. In addition, special emphasis on final expense and marketing to school teachers and small businesses.
In 2008, he founded the IHC Financial Group, Inc. which was an IMO and a wholly owned subsidiary of Madison National Life Insurance Company and Independence Holding Corporation (NYSE: IHC). In 2016, Pearson along with an executive team of investors purchased IHC Financial Group, Inc. and re-branded the firm as the American Benefits Exchange, LLC where he served as President & CEO. “ABX” was eventually acquired by Amerilife, a $10B Financial Services firm located in Clearwater, FL. While serving in this capacity, he was responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing more than 5,000 licensed field agents across the United States and directing the development of relationships with various insurance carriers, government personnel, unions, associations and employee organizations.
Pearson became President & CEO of American Incentive Advisors, LLC in 2019. The Tax Consulting Firm has experienced 100%+ growth year after year while at the helm. Pearson has been instrumental in hiring over twenty-four CPA and Tax Attorney Professionals while completing tax work for over 6,000 business owner clients and generating over $3B in tax credits, deductions and incentives and over $350MM in revenue.
Pearson is known as an entrepreneur with many successful businesses to include numerous property developments and multiple retail franchise locations to name a few. Pearson’s immense experience has garnered audiences ranging from professional athletes, celebrity entertainers, sports agents and many business and medical professionals around the U.S. Pearson has also been seen as a regular guest on all local Austin News Channels discussing taxes, money, budgeting, investments and other financially impactful topics.
In addition to his executive leadership at American Benefits Exchange and American Incentive Advisors, Pearson served as an Auxiliary Coach with the Round Rock Express, AAA Affiliate of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and the Houston Astros from 2008–2019 and is an active Board Member at Celebration Church. He received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Pre-Law Studies at the University of Cincinnati in 1990. Pearson has been married to his lovely wife Julie for over 36 years and they have two sons (Braden and Braxton) and three grandchildren: Blaze, Banks and Brigsby.
