Who this policy covers

This policy applies to American Incentive Advisors (“AIA”, “we”, “us”) and to information collected through this website. It does not cover information you provide to us outside the site — for example, records exchanged directly with your representative during an engagement, which are governed by your engagement agreement.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to perform the work you ask us to do.

• Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you enter — typically your name, business name, email address, telephone number, industry, and whatever description of your situation you choose to provide. Our questionnaires may request more detailed business and financial information where it is necessary for the analysis you have requested.
• Technical information. Our web server records standard request data such as IP address, browser user agent and the page a request came from. We retain this for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
• Spam protection. Form submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes limited technical and interaction data under Google’s own privacy policy in order to distinguish humans from automated traffic.

We do not accept file uploads through this website, and we do not ask you to send sensitive documents through it. Where documents are needed, your representative will arrange a secure channel.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation
• To determine which incentive programs may apply to your business
• To perform the services you engage us for, and to coordinate with your CPA or payroll provider where you ask us to
• To meet our own legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
• To protect the site against abuse

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.

When we share it

We disclose information only in these circumstances:

• With your direction. For example, when you ask us to work alongside your CPA, financial advisor or payroll provider.
• With service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and deliver email. They may process your information only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
• Where the law requires it. In response to lawful process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems.
• In a business transfer. If AIA is involved in a merger or acquisition, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

How we protect it

The site is served over TLS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and it carries no database, no content-management plugins and no file-upload capability. Access to submission data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we have deliberately kept this one small.

Retention

We keep submission records for as long as needed to respond to you, to deliver services, and to satisfy legal and professional record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA are used strictly for spam protection. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do so.

Your choices

• You may decline to provide information, though it may prevent us from assisting you.
• You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal and professional retention obligations.
• You may unsubscribe from any non-transactional email we send.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, delete, or correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page.
